These persons will have an asterisk (*) next to their name on the voter list. Certain voters may be required to fulfill a federal (HAVA) ID requirement in state/federal elections. The State of Connecticut has ID requirements which apply in all elections. Voters with a valid ID can present it to the Checkers at the polls and then proceed to the Ballot Clerk to get their ballot.
